I'm there and I'll try to get Raul to come too.

Gary- That's the one and I must have it. I got a red one at one of the booths. It's doing great but it's just not the same. Also, I'm probably going to want quite a few of your frags it everything that you posted on the first page is available. Would it be better if I just come to your place and go shopping?
 
Ken-Awesome. Cost was my main concern, but wow. I think we can get something going in the next month or 6 weeks. Topics for discussion at the meeting:). I'd like to get in sometime and measure it up so I can nerd it up in CAD. Just makes me feel better when I can see it in theory before in reality;).

Draco-that might be easier;). I'm willing to frag a number of things (mainly SPS) that I don't already have fragged, so you can pick and choose (on most things-letting some things grow out a little more). Give me a call at six five2 3sevensix9 and we can set something up.
 
Hey Gary....since Ken's idea will be up for discussion, would it be to late of a notice to see it before Saturday? you wanted to measure it up and all and if you give it a go ahead, we can discuss it saturday. if it's going to be a no-go, then since we will all be together, we can discuss other options. I don't mind going w/ you if you want to call me and we can get our times together. i'll pm you my phone number
 
I'll get with Ken and see how this works:). I work at Eastern/Northern bypass (and live 2 miles from 85 and Eastern), so I can swing by anytime, working within their schedule, etc.
 
could someone do me a huge favor.....

I have a salifert alk test and I tested it a couple of weeks ago and it was through the roof. the test is a few years old, so I don't know if it's age thing or quite simply I did it wrong-which is probably the case. would someone mind bringing an alk test for me and testing my water and then showing me how to work this stinking test???

I forgot to get with anyone, but I went by the Drury Inn today and got the measurements. I'll bring the sketch and potential layout to the meeting. Location is perfect (directly off of I85 at Eastern). Access to the room from th eparking lot is good. There is electricity and AC. They have carpeted floors, so we'll have to be careful on tank fills, etc. I have a steam cleaner, so we can remedy any issues.

I think we need to discuss the club direction and the swap in depth tonight. The swap may be a way to get the word that there is interest in the club out to those who aren't online. Raffles other than nice corals might be difficult, but we'll see what we can come up with. I've got some nice SPS and a few other little things and know others I might be able to work a deal with for some nice raffle items. This is going to happen:).
