See attached. My frag's polyps stopped coming out a few weeks ago and now white spots are on the frag. Any ideas on what the cause could be? How to resolve?

I've had it for about a month with no issues.

Alk - my target is 9 but I usually have it closer to 8
Cal - 420
Mag - 1350
Phos - .10 ppm
35ppm salt water

Random dead spots like these always make me look first for pests(crabs,nudis in this occasion,etc.)
You know the drill...closed lights...flashlight and let the hunt begin
