Monti growth pattern

I got this montipora about 3-4 months ago and as you can see in the pics the old growth from the seller is alot more bumpy and coarse, As you can see all the new growth is more linear you can see the lines going outwards. Do i have enough flow on it is this normal looking growth? Or is just growing faster, when i got it it was brown. Just wanna make sure it's not a sign of bad flow or something . You can see that it's turning alot more green and seems very healthy just wondering about the different growth pattern.

No thoughts ?All other monti's growth appear to look as when i first got the coral.

Hard to say, could be 1 thing or everything. Lights, flow, parameter you name it. I wouldn't be too concerned if it's growing and thriving in your tank
