monti in trouble help

I have had my monti for a little over a month and it has slowly bleached away in the last week. Salinity nitrate and Calc are spot on and he just off center from my halide at the top of the tank.

That is not a monti. Looks like Goniopora to me. Put it in a lower light spot and that should help if everything else is ok. You can try moving it to a brighter spot later if it recovers.

Im pretty sure this is monti its just really discolored and terrible looking. heres another view even if it is monti is the fix going to be the same. I have tried moving it and after a day it was worse so I moved it back

Even if moving it would be a fix, moving it for one day then moving it back is a bit much. You will not see any change in 1 day. Take things slow. Bad things happen when things are moved around or changed to fast bouncing around.

I've had frags in rough shape take months to come back to life. Never touched them and moved them minimally. Just be patient
