ive just aquired some acro and monti frags from a friend , the acros seem to be doing well in my tank however i cant tell weither or not the montipora is doing well whats the best coditions for these to grow under , i currently have two 150 watt metal halide with power compacts and a and flow turn over of about 29 times the tank volume any suggestions would be great

The lighting will work with the sps if they're high up in the tank. Your flow should be ok. I would keep an eye on calcium and magnesium.
