Moonlight out

Roger,

I have the 7095 controller and I recently noticed the moonlight doesn't come on anymore. I tried turning the moonlight mode on/off, but can't get it to come on. The photocell seems to be working when in night mode, but the moon is dead. Any suggestions?

Their is a new moon phase with no moonlight that lasts a couple days, then it will very gradually increase in intensity but for a couple days it may be so dim it is barely perceptible. For the moonlight to work the moonlight LED has to be on on the controller and then the photocell activated by darkness.

It has definetly been out for 2 days. I will give it a few more days and see if it comes back on. The moon light enable switch has definetly been on.

Just had a thought. Last night I went ahead and cycled the power to the pumps and controller. Wouldn't this reset the moon phase and be at a full moon setting?

No, it advance exactly one day on every power interruption. Is night mode working, i.e. pumps stay on second setting all night?

I was checking the night mode this evening and it seems to be working. I would just cover the photocell with my hand and the pumps would go to the low setting. The moonlight still wouldn't come on.

This would be a first and I am puzzled as to what could have happened. Watch it for a couple more days. If it still doesn't come on let me know and I will get with Tunze on how to repair this.
