More light or ok?

I was bringing a few things together for my new 90g and I got a steal of a deal on a 2x250w MH fixture for the 48" tank (25" deep i believe). Will this be enough for anything I would like to keep or should I consider adding some supplemental lighting as well? If yes, what would you recommend and how much?

I don't have a canopy for this bad boy so any extra lighting I would have to figure out a way to hide behind my other lamps or incorporate my fixture into a new diy canopy and I really only want to go that route if I don't have much of any other choices.

more than enough, supplement with T-5s.

I honestly haven't looked into it yet but can you point me in a good direction for some supplemental T-5? I would prefer something that i can retro into a small hood or something behind my main fixture and out of sight, maybe a pair of four footers with individual reflectors? Or would it be cheaper/safer in the long run to buy a small 2 bulb fixture to house them?

More than enough. I have 2 x 250w on my 24" deep barebottom tank and I have many SPS growing from the bottom of the tank.

2x250 watts sure is a enough but supplement with t5s be even more better. If light bill not a problem for you or heat.
