Great deal for the whole lot! Included are the following items:
1x 44G Pentagon with stand, plastic top, and customer hanging top (great for a lighting retrofit)
2x 20G Long (makes good sumps)- Also included are acrylic sump dividers (2)
1x 40G Tall (Plastic Middle Brace needs some repair)
1x 30G -Was used as a sump at one time, still has some silicone on side glass
1x metal stand- Will hold 2 aquariums (see pictures of current setup) any included here except the 44G Pent
1x knop hang-on-back protein skimmer (needs a silicone plug in collection cup-easy fix and a pump)
1x overflow box- high flow, not sure what it's rating is, but it's big. Will need a aqualifter pump to keep it primed.
1x Hang-on-Back wet-dry filter with protein skimmer chamber- (this never worked well as a filter, but makes a great refugium)
3x water pumps- 1 penguin 1 maxi-jet 1 fluval
1x 250w titanium, plastic coated submersible heater- only used for about 30 days have another one in my current setup, and holds up well
1 box of misc stuff- connectors, air pump, misc
1 box of misc FW stuff- river conversion kit (fits 20L or 30G) and some misc decorations
Great bag of goodies, and will part out, but the best deal is if you take it all.
I routinely travel to Cleveland for work(at least every week or two), and I also own a house on the west side, so coming up with a time to meet shouldn't be a problem.

I had good luck with this the short time I ran it (about 30 days) worked as advertised.




Quiet One Lifegard Aquarium Pump, 991-Gallon Per Hour $65

I'm still looking for a home for the livestock in my 25g Nano $150

Once that is sold I will be parting out the 25G rimless Cube
tank, stand, DIY LED lights, Koralia pumps (3), heater, HOB filter, Refractometer, and my salt mix (reef crystals ~50G worth) go for $250

Neptune systems apex controller with custom breakout box, auto top-off set-up(float sensors, aqua lifter pump- already set up in controller), water detection sensors(not added to the system yet), and Temp probe for $425
 
I wouldn't charge you. I'm going to be out the Monday after next on business and I still own a house in Elyria as well. We're hopefully going to be getting ready to sell soon. If you are interested in plumbing I still have one overflow and a 30G that I used as a sump for this tank. One other thing to consider is the stand is open in the back. If you were to turn it around you will most likely want to do some finish work on it or cover with some material.

Making one last push to unload this stuff. Really need to find a home for this livestock. Willing to take $150 for all livestock and live rock (~25lbs). I can drop all livestock first thing especially if you live in the western suburbs. Right now I'm making a run to Cleveland Monday and have two stops scheduled on my way through to Pittsburgh.

I'll post a couple tomorrow. Unfortunately it's controlling a tank I still have livestock in I'm yet to find a home for. I can't part it out until I get the livestock out.
