Motor block 6100.015 stop working

Hi Roger,
Last September I order from Tunze, 6100.015 Motor block for 6100/6100A, I been using since early November. But starting today the pump stop working, after cleaning the pump it work for few second and stops and sometime start again for few second and stop again.
Please let me know what to do.

The best thing to do would be to send it to the factory for service, but in this case it may be cheaper to just order a 6100.015. I will send a PM.

Hi Roger, thank for info. Sorry the pump that I have is a 6105, that what Tunze sent it to me when I order 6100.015 Motor block for 6100/6100A.
For your info, now it working after I leave the pump in bucket of water and I leave the swich on for a night.
How sensitive this pump to any small item to make it stuck.

The pump has a safety to shut off if it is using more power than it should. The most common cause is something is stuck between the metal shaft and the drive unit, sand, hair algae, lime deposits, I have even seen a long human hair wrap up between the shaft and propeller and stop the pump.
