mouth fungus?

Purchased this Bellus angel a few days ago. I have had her in a quarantine tank trying to get her to feed. I noticed she seems to be uncomfortable, looks like she might have a fungus on her mouth (see pics). Looking for the best treatment options.

Id guess more likely a bacterial infection.
