I purchased a clown fish about two weeks ago and just recently noticed something growing on my clown's mouth. At first I thought it was mouth rot, but I am not sure it is. Mouth rot usually is found on the 'lips', right? This is more on the chin. And mouth rot is usually accompanied by the fish becoming lethargic and not eating? But my clown is very active and is eating fine. Is this something I should be concerned about?
