Moving a 220 gallon tank

I have large fox face rabbit fish and a Koran angelfish and a couple mean hard to catch damsels... My question here is what have others done when moving to a new house with your fish?

We are building and we sold this house and will have temporary housing for 3/4 months. Obviously I won't be setting up the big tank again until she's ready to settle in her new home. I have a smaller 34 gal solana running...

But what did you guys do with a couple favorite fish for temp homes? I'm open to ideas...thanks in advance!

Buy some stock tanks or even kiddie pools. Or if your QT tank is big enough keep them in there. Alternatively you could always setup your 220 just keep the rock and sand somewhere else and run it like a QT tank until your house is ready.

What's the minimum I could go with for show size fox flash and angel? And great idea on QT tank setup. I'm such a bonehead. I didn't even think of that!

Get the 150g Rubbermaid stock tank or they make a 200g I believe and a 300g, any of those will work. Put rock from the tank in and keep up with evaporation and you should be fine. A power head or two is a good idea too
