moving advice

So we have to make a temporary move, only about a mile for about 5 months while we look to purchase a home. So I have to move my 120g which sucks because about 4 months ago it finally settled in and has been doing awesome with SPS. Anyways I understand all the basics of the move but I was curious if anyone had any additional tips or tricks that helped them out or lessons learned.

Tips
1. pick a good weather day preferably 75-80 degrees
2. enlist all the help you can get. I can help depending on the day.
3. get lots of buckets
4. have lots of Prime or smart start on hand.
5. The move I had the least amount of loss was setting up another tank at the move location prior to the move and then gradually moving things from the established tank to the new location over the course of several months... I doubt this is an option but I would suggest it if it can be done.
6. save as much water as you can transport from your tank to refill it with at the new location.
7. maybe get a baby sitter for a while during the move? I can have my empty 75 gallon ready to hold livestock rock or frags in a week if need be and I am sure others can help.
