Moving corals

Hey everyone. I'll be moving all of my corals from a 12 ga to a 28 soon but I only have one issue. I have some corals in my 12 ga that are growing on the glass on the sides and back of the tank. Does anyone have any good suggestions on how to properly remove them so I can place them in my 28 ga when I get it and don't harm them? I was thinking of maybe a razor blade but I wasn't sure. Thank you all for your time!

razor blade will do it.. But providing the specific type of corals may get you better suggestions..

Sorry about that! Yes it's green star polyps and pink Xenia. Was thinking of tossing them because there is so much of it but wanted everyone's opinion. Thank you!

I got lazy and had some green star polyps growing a good 4-5" on my glass and just peeled it off the glass. It came off very easily.
