Moving fishroom

I've been meaning to do this for quite some time now but I'm a professional procrastinator so,

Anyway, I plan on moving my aquariums, currently 2-75's and a 10 from my 3rd bedroom down into the "laundry room". It's an unfinished room in the basement that has a concrete floor w/ drain, 2 cenderblock/brick exposed exterior walls, exposed floor joists at the ceiling, and houses the washing machine, dryer, furnace(gas), and hot water heater(gas). What potential problems may arise from putting aquariums in this room? Post any thoughts that come to mind.

How often you see the aquariums will depend on how often you do laundry. If you do most of the laundry, then your fish tanks will distract you and you and your family will never have clean clothes ;-)

seafood luver what store do you work @.
Chuck are you planning on making it one system?
I guess you need to think about heat/cold and with the gas Co2 , a fresh air intake for your skimmers would be nice. If you need any help moving just shout out.

I'm thinking about 2 different systems but I still need to see how much space I'll have when I get the stuff that's in there now out. My neighbor has a 125 which would came in handy as the trigger ages. If I did that him and the softies would be in the 125 system and everything else in the 75's.

Don't know if you are still looking for feedback or not. I have a 225 gallon in-wall in my basement. Most basements have limited ventilation. You can expect to have issues with humidity and, possibly, heat. While most basements tend to be cool, they are so well insulated that heat sources like lighting and pumps can quickly raise the temperature. A high volume exhaust fan is worth its weight in gold.
