Just looking for advice moving my Anemone and Pair of true Percs from a small 36g to an established 125 that was being used as a Fowlr for 5 years.

I wish to move all the live rock in my 36 as well.

Will it just be a matter of acclimating my the livestock to the larger tank, or should I expect any surprises I should look out for?

since its so large I don't think there will be any ammonia spikes and ect. I think you will be just fine. Just take your time acclimating. asfor the anemone use the screen method to adjust him to the new light. Thats is putting three sheets above and every 5-7 days take a sheet off. You dont have any other clown fish in the 125 do you?

Thanks for the response. No other fish in the 125. There is a clam that will going into the 125, will the sheet method effect him? As for the sheet method to clarify, I put 3 average bedroom sheets on top of glass and remove one every 5-7 days?

Thanks

Being that the other tank was originally a FOWLR are you sure no copper was ever used in the tank? I would hate for you to move the nem over and see it die because of copper poisoning.

We use window screening that you can pick up from a local hardware store. Usually you can pick up a roll of it for a 5-10.00 depending on the place
