I recently bought a 210g and did several searches on how to actually move it, and the best way to do it. It seems that most people who have moved these types of large tanks found great use out of suction cup holders. You can usually rent them from local tool stores. I chose to buy them, since I knew I would be moving the tank again later, to it's permanent place in my house. My friend also bought a 210 and I figured I could use it for that also. Anyway, whether this was wise or not, I chose to buy the dual suction cup holders from Harbor Freight. Usually known for it's cheap tools, but Harbor Freight has never let me down with getting the job done for what I needed.
This situation was no different. I bought four of the suction cup holders, and they worked awesome. Didn't lose grip, even through all of our turns and stretches. Only needed 4 guys to load the tank onto a truck, and we used only 3 guys to unload the tank.
If you are planning on moving a large tank, get these suction cups. For $25, I just saved so much unnecessary effort on lifting the tank. If you don't trust Harbor Freight, definitely rent the industrial strength holders. Here's a link to the Harbor Freight ones:

Good luck!
