Moving rocks with aiptasia

I'm about to start moving the live rocks from the 29 to my new 90 gal; the problem is that 50% of the rocks have aiptasia.
I was originally planning to get a few peppermints to get rid of aiptasia but I have read they are not 100% reef safe and very difficult to catch one they are in a tank with a lot of hiding places.
Apparently fish that can eat aiptasia are not completely reef safe either or very hard to feed once aiptasia is gone.
My current plan is currently to boil the rocks in RO water before moving them, how long do I have to boil them?
Will boil rocks kill coralline algae?
Should I treat only the rocks where I see aiptasia or all of them? I hate to kill all the beneficial creatures that are currently in the rocks but if I have to"¦"¦.

Any other suggestion?

If you are pulling the rocks out anyway, then get a little butane torch from the and burn the spots where they are. None of the other "cures" are absolute. I just got off a thread about Aptasia living through a hydrochloric acid dip. But if you burn them out, they will be gone. It also saves you from having to kill everything else in the rock just to get the aptasia.

Like the idea of using a butane torch to eliminate Aiptasia! it's also cheaper than the "Aiptasia Electrocuter" by SWC.

And of course, the psychological satisfaction of nuking them is worth the price of admission (the butane torch)

:fun2:

I do some gas welding (oxyacetylene) and once took the torch which gets at least twice as hot as a butane torch, 6000+ vs 3500 deg F, to a couple of aiptasia. One was vaporized and the other only melted. I wasn't too carefull about getting deep into the crevice and the melted MF'er came back. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. but if you leave just a couple cells of this thing, it'll come back.
