Moving Shrooms

I have a densley packed rock of shrooms that I got from the LFS. I want to thin them down by moving some of them to other rocks in the tank. How would I go about doing that?

put them in a high flo an some will detach..

$79? I shudder to think of what my LFS would have charged for that beauty.
