Moving softies to another tank

So I have not done this in years ( forgot how to ) but I got my new tank set up and am starting to want to thin out the old 75 tank. When moving softies do you drip them into the new tank, or just float into the bag is the same temp?

I dip and then float. Since they are coming out of one of your other tanks you can skip the dip

If temperature, salinity, and pH of the two tanks match, you don't need to do anything. Just throw them in.

I second that... if everything is the same you don't have to wait...just move them to the new tank. If your tank parameters are different spend some time getting them in sync it will make it real easy to moving things around.
