Moving Sun Coral Polyps

I have a few new polyps that I noticed when I moved a piece of rock and they are growing on the glass side wall of my tank. Is it possible to get them off and move them to a rock where they will be in view?

Once they have a decent sized skeleton built up you should be able to pop them off or scrape between them and the glass with a razor. If they're still just flesh attached to the glass, I'd wait.
