I would take them to your trusted local fish store (i would recommend SITC or WWC) and have them hold your livestock until you are ready and then have them ship it to you overnight. This way you can be set up and ready for your critters, and if anything goes wrong you are ready to handle the situation instead of scrambling if something happens while you are on the move. Also, you will probably need to get new sand, and the live rock will have some die off so you do not want to be stuck with a lot of coral in a tank that "might" go through another cycle. I know if i had to move my corals across the country and something went wrong in transit/setup that would be devastating, not to mention a lot of lost $$$.
