Moving. Where do I start???

I'm currently looking to make the move to a new home. I have a 72 Gallon bowfront. The question is, How do I break it down and not lose anything in transit? I'm also looking to upgrade to a larger aquarium( 100gallons would be nice.)
Any suggestions?? Please reply only if you have successesfully done it. I would take your advice if it worked for you...

I'm ready know. Do you think it would be okay to just bag the corals like I broughtb them home from my LFS. I don't have ACRO's?? Thanks again....
