MP 40 controller dropped into ATO

I dropped my controller into the ATO tank. It hit the surface and I grabbed it right out immediately and unplugged it. I have been letting it dry out before I plug it back in.

Is it ruined or is there some sort of moisture protection/circuit breaker?

Put in rice for now until you can get a better answer. I would not plug it in until you know for sure.

If the ato water was pure RODI water then you should be fine after letting it dry out throughly

I couldn't resist and plugged it back in. Works fine.
