Mp 40 set up advice.

Just ordered my first Ecotech MP 40 today from Bulk Reef Supply. Just wondering if anybody has some tips on set up and what settings I should run. I have a 120 gallon Aqueon Mega dual overflow dual return glass aquarium. I just want to set this up right the first time. And by the way this is a mainly SPS tank.

I think we have the exact same tank. I have mines about 3-4" below the surface and I have one on each sides right on the center. I have 2 so you might put yours in a different spot. Remember to set your pin spacer correctly and line your dry and wet side up correctly. You know you lined it up correctly when it isn't making clacking/cracking sounds and the sound from the pump is minimal. I have mines set on reef crest and sometimes pulse mode at 80%. You will quickly realize one mp40 isn't enough. GL!

i have 2 mp40 in my 120; one one each side; one low and to the back shooting behind the rock and the other one is on the opposite side, about 5 inch down from the top in the opp corner; trying to get a circular flow thng going. Am open to any other ideas; will try them!
