What setting have you guys found that your corals responded to best? Do you keep it on anti sync or sync mode? I have 2 mp40wes in a 6' tank so I am trying to figure out the best settings for my corals.

I personally like Reef crest myself. I would like to use pulse mode but the noise is to annoying to me. I keep mine on anti-sync.
