MP10WQD falling off

Ok so I have 2 mp10WQD pumps in my biocube. For some odd reason one of them, when going from lagoon mode to reefcrest mode often times chatters and bounces on the glass causing the wet side to fall off. I do have the 1/8 inch spacer between the dry side and glass(read somewhere the biocube needed these spacers). Its a huge PITA, and I'm worried about this happening one day when I'm not home and it bouncing hard enough to crack the glass.

Anyone have any ideas? I have taken the wet side apart numerous times to clean it thinking this might be the issue, but its not. I do wonder if the tolerance on the wet side is off a bit since the magnet is allowed to move up and down on the shaft, causing this chattering(almost like its moving the magnet up and down instead of in a circular motion), but both pumps have this slight up and down movement, yet only one falls off?

Any help here would be appreciated.

Do you have the dryside suspended using the hanging tabs and zip ties? Also, is there a dramatic speed change when changing modes as this could be causing your issue?

Sorry you are also experiencing decoupling. Lots of others have experienced this also, just do a search. Move the wet side to the other pump and you will find the problem will follow. Call ETM and have them replace the wet side. We did not go through the trouble, we sold ours and got WAV! We could not be any happier.
