Mp40 and Gyre broke?

Mp40 flashed red and green 30 minutes after operating.. Sealed in box until I used it and manufactured Jan. 2015.

Gyre stripped bearings 1 day after operating.. No flow in my 120, being kept alive by my trusted jebaos!

Weird, took the mp40 wet side apart and seems that the propellor snapped clean off? How could this happen? Any ideas?

Sent an email to eco tech a day or two ago, still waiting on a response. Hopefully they come through for me too.
