MP40 Heat Question

How hot should the dry side be on a new MP40? The one I bought is so hot I cannot keep my hand on it.

There must be some sort of issue. I just put my hands on both of mine in service and they are on about 50% power and they aren't warm at all.

My 10's got pretty hot above 60-70%

I have an MP40 at about 50% and its warm somewhat but not uncomfortable AT ALL to keep my hand on.
