I finally got around to trying to hook up my mp40w's to my apex. Made sure the wxm was up to date, followed all the directions and the first pump I tried to update went for about 20 min then stopped and I get a solid red led. Followed the instructions again and set the second one to update while I googled fixing the first, same result. Have been trying to reset both drivers but they stay locked up. Tried tech support and wasn't very rewarding. They told me it was a neptune issue. I talked to them and they were more helpful but couldn't fix it either. Borrowed a mp40wes for now while a buddy rebuilds his setup, but what am I missing. There should be a way to reset them right?

i would recommend attempting the update again while the controller is still solid red. If that does not resolve the issue, replacing the controllers with new MP40wES drivers would be best.
