mp40w problem

I've been having this issue after disassembling the wet side for cleaning and re-assembled it back. The pump will run for a while and then would stalled. I noticed that the propeller is not spinning and instead, it is the screw that was spinning until the nut became loose causing the problem Any recommendation to fix this?

I've received the replacement drive shaft and propeller but it does not resolve the problem. This is what happened when I turn on the pump, somehow, the wetside just pop and came loose.
