mp60 driver issue???

Was wondering if anyone ever had their driver on their vortech change setting/mode by it-self (i.e set to long pulse mode),after running for a min or so and goes in random mode(green) & lock mode(cant change setting or anything other than on/off)?..Id tried re-setting the driver(hard reset,soft reset,etc..) but neither will work..Heres a short video i just uploaded on youtube:

That is a very unusual issue, please call in today to discuss your warranty status.

Per our phone conversation, it would seem that MP60wES driver is water damaged and I would recommend sending that unit in for service.
