MR-2 Skimmer Package Deal

Up for sale is my MR-2 skimmer, pcx-55 pressure pump and WC-2 all from myreefcreation. I am asking $325 for the whole package. It's only been used for about 3 months and everything is in excellent condition, except for one of the new housing that I accidentally dropped during the move and crack a little piece on one of the screw. There is a pic of it and it can easily be clue together. So, the skimmer comes with quick release, two housing, waste container, and the pump. All for $325!!!

Looks like nobody in SoCal in need of a skimmer. I do not wants to shipped this skimmer, but looks like I might have to consider. I'll give it a few more days.

I think everybody's broke from the freakin gas prices and cant afford a new skimmer. I'd love to have one but I cannot.

I would love to trade for corals, but unfortunately I do not have a reef tank as of now. Maybe I might set up one in the near future, but if I do, I know I wont be needing this skimmer anymore. The reason, I do not have the space for this skimmer even though I really like this skimmer. Myreefcreation make very good skimmers IMO.

Anyway, I have a few offers to sell the skimmer and wc, but I would love to sell the thing as a package right now. Maybe if I get everyone to buy each thing, then yes, I will sell the thing separate. Thanks.

I know, it's a rough time right now. I just bought a house, and I really know the meaning of broke. This is why, I pretty much sell this package 50% off from the original price I've bought from. Hopefully, someone out there with some cash lying around will jump on this.

Ok folks,

Lots of PM I've received asking if I can lowered the price. Sorry, $325 is the lowest I'll go. It's a great deal, because the skimmer, wc and pump are bought brand new and only been used for 3 months. I am taking a very big loss and therefore can not go any lowered. Everything is in great condition, except for one of the housing as I've mention. The extra housing and hole drilled for another injector is a bonus, because skimmer will perform excellent with just one housing. The only way I will part this thing out if I get people to buy each thing. Thanks.

Now, I have the skimmer and wc left. If you buy them both, I will let it go for $275. But if separate:
- wc for $45
-skimmer $245

Doesn't that skimmer require a pressure pump such as an Iwaki 55rlt to run it effectively or you can run any powerhead?

Skimmer/WC is back up for sale, because I have no idea if the buyer is interested or not. He did not come by, so I'm tired of sitting around waiting. From now on, it will be first come first serve basis.

It's a great deal, considered all the features it comes with and skimmer/wc is in excellent condition (only used for about 3 months). I'm pretty much taking a big loss, because I do not have a reef tank anymore.

Funny thing, everybody that's does not lived in SoCal respond and say what a killer deal and asking if I'm willing to shipped. And the people that lives in Socal, asking me if I would lowered anymore and this and that. Boy, people in Socal are tough . Anyway, I am really considered shipping this thing, even though I really do not want to, because I hate to go find a big fat box for this thing and all this wrapping to do. I will give it another week, as I'm not in a hurry to sell this.

Thanks for the bump, Charles. Glad the pump work out for you and your plumbing. Man, I think I will never did what you did. Drive for like an hour just to buy a pump, talk about dedication. BTW, my wife says your two boys are very cute. Good luck with everything.

There are a few buyers locally saying they're interested. Please let me know when you want to come by and take a look at the skimmer. I have like 10 people waiting in line for me to shipped. If I don't hear any interest say like end of this week and yes Mario (Mchava) I will hold it till June 2 for you. By that time, if nobody locally buy it, then I will shipped. Thanks.
