We base our ozone & calcium reactors off the same flange/lid set as the media reactors. Since a sulfur denitrator is basically a calcium reactor without a CO2 input, this should be relatively straightforward.
You can put the input and output water lines somewhere in the recirc loop plumbing. Ideally the intake should be on the suction side of the recirc pump, and the output on the pressure side of the pump. You should plan on feeding it with a dosing pump just to ensure consistant water throughput. An ORP meter compression fitting somewhere in the recirc loop would be a good idea too.
