Out of sheer stupidity on my part, the guys over there at Marine Depot were willing to work with me to get me the item I needed with a price match and very low shipping cost. Thats awesome!!!

I agree and had a similiar experience recently. I bought a CPR CS90 overflow and meant to buy a larger model. Well, the shipped the CS90 before I could contact them but still were willing to ship out the larger model and take back the CS90 without an additional shipping fee.
