Ms lost power

I just went up to MS and it looks like they are going to have massive losses. We need to remember to help when all the lfs get back to speed. I also heard that belts had some losses also.

bummer :( I think it's pretty safe to say that the majority of LFS around the STL area have lost power...hopefully generators are on hand for most.

This is a bad deal ! I have no power at the store or house, but do have generators running. I just paid a small fortune to rent a generator to run the store and it is helping, but still freekin hot !
I suspect things at my house are a goner as its so hot outside. I think this is going to put a major hurtin on the saltwater market.
I was told 2-3 business days to regain power ? Hope they are wrong ! Thanks to everyone that has called, emailed or stopped by. As John would say all we can do is pray to the power gods !

All I need is cooler weather ! So far tanks are ok,but I really need to keep the tank temps down . Last night they got up to 95.4. , 30 bags of ice and 2 hours later they were at 89.
Im just bummed out that the tanks at home are probably done for !

understadable of your possible losses is there any way to claim this on insurance for business losses?????????

i'm sure he's covered in some way.

i think tommarow is supposed to be considereably cooler. but thats very relative as the high will be around 87 instead of 101...

i dont think i ever moved ice faster than i did last night!

hope everything makes it for everybody. i only lost power for 40 minutes.. so i have a tank that is unstressed and cool if anyone needs help.

man that sucks! Maybe we can organize some group orders thru these shops. Worst time of the year in Saint Louis to own a LFS.
