Multibar and Rock Beauty from DD

So I noticed something strange yesterday. The rock beauty picked at the Regal's body like a cleaner wrasse. The regal is 5"+ and the rock beauty is 2"+. Do small angels do this in the wild?

On a positive note I noticed the multibar picked at the frozen mussel I put in the tank a couple of times. Just a few times. I setup a webcam so I can observe the tank anytime

See the video. At the end the regal asks to be cleaned. It has some fin damage before I moved it into the tank.

I lost the multi around 4/6 so I had it for about 2 months. Ate pods and nothing else. It's a bigger specimen. Slowly losing weight then perished when I was out of town. On the other hand the rock beauty is thriving and very healthy. A very active fish.
