multicontroller keeps beeping

I have a multicontroller with a 6100 and a 6080 (i think) hooked up to it. Each side comes on for around 30 seconds then switches to the other one. The multicontroller beeps very loudly and steadily ONLY when the 6100 comes on. When it switches back to the smaller tunze the beeping stops. Then it continues again when it goes to the 6100. Beeps steadily until it switches off the 6100. What the hell is going on? Its driving me crazy. I have to unplug the 6100 in order for it to stop beeping and then if i plug it back in it will do the same beeping thing.

The controller cannot beep, the beeping noise comes from the 7240.27 driver and indicates something is wrong with the pump. The first thing to do is dissassemble it and clean it.
