multicontroller problem

The interval light is on? The setting is such that interval is in use- tide mode and a pump in the first and last socket or sequence mode and all four sockets occupied? If you send it back I will take a look at it and repair if necessary but I am out of multicontrollers and spare circuit boards at this time so hold off until I get a new shipment so if necessary I can replace it for you.
The interval light is on. I have a pump in the first and last socket. The tide mode is on and everything works fine if the dial is kept at the min. possition. If I turn that dial even slightly, then one pump stays on all of the time, they do not switch. I have is set for 7-75 min right now and am pretty happy with the 7 min. So I'll wait till you have the stuff in stock.

I saw another one like this earlier this week- the potentiometer had a defect so the resistance is too high. It is also possible that the resistance further along in the board is too high- unfortunately to a certain extent this is a hand calibration on the board by changing a resistor and it sounds like the technician was asleep when he made a couple of these. We'll get it taken care of just remind me if you don't hear back in a couple weeks.

I received my 6000s & multicontroller a few weeks back and am experiencing the same issue. The pumps only alternate when the interval is fully on minimum. I'm using the 1-12 hour interval and am fine waiting until your stocks are replenished. Please advise on next steps.

I just got off the phone with Tunze and they said I should get more next week. I have to recieve the old unit first- I am sorry but after some experiences where units were water damaged or not damaged at all I cannot send out a new one until I recieve and examine the old one- I will contact you when they are available and ship as soon as I recieve yours and do a cursory examination.
