multiple bristletooth tangs?

I've seen a few reefers lately who had more than one kind of bristletooth tang in a large reef. I have a Tomini who's doing great, but would love to add a kole to the mix if possible. I've heard that's it's generally bad practice to keep more than one kind of bristletooth tang in a tank. Mine is 300g and my Tomini has been in there for over a year.
Has anyone else had any luck keeping two bristletooths in a display?

I have a tomini, kole and chevron in my 400. They were all added at different times & I don't remeber the order. What I've learned through trial & error is to purchase larger tangs w/each addition. My clan cohabits nicely. That seems to level the playing field IME.
