Multiple Gobies

I am thinking about multiple gobies in my tank, its 110g cube, lots of rock.

I have a neon goby. Eventually looking to add a yellow prawn goby, and maybe a green clown goby.

Should i be concerned about compatibility? I am hoping that since they are different types and varied colors/shapes, it should be ok... but I'd rather get some experienced feedback on opinions.

I wanna have multiple gobies too... but I only have a 40 cube... bumma.... Any good clubs in Philly area? I am in Allentown. What shops you like in that area ?

Not sure on clubs, haven't had time to really seek anything out.

Shop wise, Aquarium Center is really close to me in NJ, and is decent thus far. Its a new location, so store is nice and tanks are all clean. Nice coral collection, though haven't ventured there yet. Staff is hit or miss on knowledge (but that is why i come here asking questions!)

The MiniReef i have heard great stuff, by the Philly airport. Planning to go there soon.

The Hidden Reef just northeast of Philly I found to be under par for the livestock health, and don't think I'd buy anything there unless i couldn't find elsewhere. Lots of choices though.

Also, found a place on called TSM Corals, LLC... its also in NJ but in an industrial complex. Has a storefront, but only open few days a week for only a few hours. Has some good reviews on Google, so might try stopping by some day.

Geez, I never saw that donate button. Tried to donate and use PayPal and PayPal barfed, so gotta figure that one out....

I have been to Hidden Reef, it is not all that good for fish, I agree.

Have you seen Reef to Rift in Hatfield? New store, not huge, but nice tank setup and very knowledgeable staff.

Something Fishy up my way in Northampton has lots of nice corals, medium size fish stock. They do Salt fish only.

I will have to check out those places down near Philly.

There are no compatibility issues with those species. In fact, most gobies can be mixed pretty easily.

What about an engineer goby? Would that work with Neon Goby and a Prawn Goby?

If you want your rockwork to collapse then get the engineer.

I have a large blue spot watchman, a red band, Randall's, a large pink spot, and diamond watchman.
The blue spot has his territory on the left side of my 860g but he has a jawfish 1' away. The other all share the last 2' of the right side of the tank without issues. They are almost always within 6" of each other.

For some reason no one occupies the middle 9' of space, lol

Very close to the Hidden Reef is a better LFS, The Fish Factory in Bristol on 413 right off 95. I highly recommend this place.

Cool, will check it out.

As well, I finally got to TSM Corals, just off I-295 on NJ45 in West Deptford area... its in an industrial park so its kind of weird at first, but they have quality fish and friendly staff. They are adding more tanks too, and they QT all incoming livestock before going into the for-sale tanks... worth a look if you get the chance.

Got a wrasse there recently, has worked out very well so far.
