Multiple S.Haddoni Question

I've had two carpets in my tank for awhile, one greenish and one yellow. They occupied opposite sides of the tank. The yellow was hosting a mated pair of maroon clowns, the other was clownless. I awoke this morning to the two carpets side by side and the clowns now claim both carpets. Stupid question, there's no issue with carpets together is there?

No issues with them touching. But you do know only one is haddoni, right? The green one (the one you call yellow) is a gig, and in need of some TLC.

This is correct. That Gigantea doe s not look well.
Gignatea and Haddoni can touch with no problem.

I've only had it a couple weeks. It was bleached upon arrival [emoji57] I can't get it to turn around. Still going downhill. Any ideas? I think once they start going downhill it's unlikely to turn around.

Just curious, why does the gig not look healthy?

May sound simplistic, but most striking symptom is a term of art we call "puffy pancake". A healthy gig should be able to hold itself upright and exhibit characteristic folds with elongated tentacles. The puffy pancake is a classic example of a sick anemone.

OP -- antibiotic treatment is necessary if you want any hope of saving the nem. In all likelihood, you probably waited to long to begin treatment.
