multiple tang acclimation methods

Hi you all, I am having a fish room with 2 racks of 3 100g tanks fish only.*2 of each is bottomless to keep new arrivals wild caught. The remaining tank is for sump with macro algea, crushed corals in net basket and live rock.*One rack is for quarantine and the other is for display.I am looking for ways to maintain the tanks so my fish remain healthy such as changing water once a day about 5-10% by siphoning the bottom and replace with newly mixed instant ocean.Could you help recommending procedures that I need to pay special attention to? Do I need a UV? or is skimmer required? I prefer algea scrubbers but not sure. How often should I test for NH4?The tanks are up for 2 months now. I am also importing tangs from neighboring countries and they go by land for about 24-28 hours before they get unpacked and acclimated. I haven't been having good success with keeping them alive... death rate after acclimation is about 50% (. They are yellow tangs. Purple. Flame angels and powder tanga. Could you help me please!!

I would get a UV and only acclimate them for 20-30 mins. When you get them I would: Temperature acclimate them for 10 mins or so, cut the bag open and put a chemical like Prime in the bag. Ive heard this help with the ph from your water and the water in the bag since you release CO2 from the bag when you open it. then dip them every 5 mins twice and put them in close to the same time.

I suppose you deep in fresh water? So do you put them all in one tank? I have 100g. Can 10 tangs be acclimated in one tank altogethee?

Yes they can be acclimated and put all together but 10 tangs won't last long in a 100g together, think closer to 500g
