Mushroom Lighting And Flow

CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW BRIGHT YOUR PLAIN OLD REGULAR MUSHROOMS LIKE IT AND ALSO WHAT KIND OF FLOW? RIGHT NOW I HAVE MINE KINDA UNDER AN OVERHANG AND THE FLOW IS TURBULANT BUT NOT INTENSE WHERE ITS AT. ANY ADVICE WILL BE APPRECIATED.

I have a "regular, plain old blueish mushroom" that's just slightly off center under a 150 14,000k halide about 12 inches down. No shade. Flow is random but certainly not low. I've had it one month and it's spreading out sunbathing in total happiness twice as big as it was in the LFS.

...but to contrast that - which is why this hobby is so hard - I have a "laundry room 20 gallon" with nothing but the stock light that comes with a 20 AGA tank and an AC110 for water movement and the 'shrooms in there are spreading like weeds!
