Mushroom ok and how about fingers

I am pretty new to reefs hope you can give me info
Just added a mushroom and leather finger coral
The mushroom as been open and spread him self big, but then he closed up in to a ball shape for 30 mins then slowly reopened (see pic) is this normal.
Finger coral was upright and stretched out but for no reason shrunk and flopped lights were still on, stayed like that for rest of day. Following morning when lights came on 11.30am he had recovered back to normal but then again 2 hours before lights out collapsed down again same time as previous day is this normal or just settling in.

Mushroom may have caught some food. The leather was probably on a different light schedule previously.

I think your right about mushroom. Today fed fish a bit of flake landed on mushroom he went in to a ball, when he reopened like magic the flake had gone.
