Mushroom Placement (newbie)

I have a rock with 8 green elephant ear mushrooms growing on it and I have it placed near the top of the tank. Im running 4 (54w) T5 bulbs that are mounted inside the canopy. The shrooms are about 16 inches away from the lights. My tank is 24 in deep, am I alright with were they are located? They seem to be fine but I'm not sure of what the signs of distress are.

I'd look for color loss/bleaching first. Can you post a pic of them?
