If it hasn't attached yet it may or may not be satisfied with it's current location. Also, corals are known to detach/not attach to surfaces when water parameters are out of whack, or something is severely bothering them. My mushrooms took about 1- 1 1/2 weeks to attach to substrate. I would just leave it be.
