Mushrooms Ricordea have been out of Light for a while

I found some ricordea on some rock I was keeping out of the lights for about a month and put them back in my tank. They are bleached some but still have a faint color to them.

Does anyone have any idea how many hours per day I should be giving them intense light? I started with an hour for day one, then 2 hours, and today 3 hours. I haven't really noticed any change in them yet and they aren't opening up fully yet either.

Thanks, I had a hard time searching for advice on this.

I wouldn't give them intense light, you'll fry them. I would just place them at the bottom of your tank and let them slowly color back up.

They are getting normal light at the bottom of my tank. It's just intense compared to the fact they've been in the dark for a month. I'm just not sure how long I should be exposing them (each day) to the normal T5 lights I have. I can move them to a shady spot or put a net over them too.

I would put them in a shady area for a few days, then move them to a less shady area for a few days until they are back out in normal light.

I agree with weeks to months to color back up. In my opinion they are pretty easy so I agree they should be fine at the bottom of your tank.

I've had a few just like that. After I put them in the light, it took some time but they colored right back up, you just gotta give them some time.
