Hi guys does any one have any idea of any LFS that gets in red mushroom colonies from Indonesia??

I've seen some nice red shrooms at the salty fin. I don't know if they still have some though.

but are they from indonesia? I personally dislike that store, maybe if they are from indonesia but you never know sometimes people will tell you anything to sell you stuff, and if the price isnt outrageous like most of the time.. I'm never buying in that store lol I rather order online.. but just maybe... if i cant find them anywhere else

Beto--like a good friend of mine said, if it comes from the ocean, I can get it. That's from Daniel at TCR. or call Steff. Probably your best 2 to get what you want.

haha well Hans I am pretty sure Steffen is against all of that I know that for a fact, I am looking for something is specific... I saw a thread here on RC about some insane mushrooms that develop under the good light and water conditions.. they start of as red mushrooms that come from Indonesia..

thanks Steffen! well idk you seem so uptight about getting things straight from the ocean... look here is the thread i found I am hoping if I get some red ones i can get something like this take a look... one guy on there had a real good point some good points I read where on the 6th and 7th page... I dont know if you have ever heard about that yourself Steffen... thanks I appreciate it.

LOL well where else do i get my fish? I usually care about SPS in the ocean then mushrooms. Mushrooms will grow in a corner if you through it in one. But usually i like ordering aquaculture stuff for myself since i is used to artificial lighting and synthetic saltwater.

If you think you will get a tie dye or jaw breaker mushrooms i would not get your hopes up! I have been in search of this mushroom for a very long time. Arnie is the only one that i know that has one. You might want to try asking him but expect a nice price to go with it.

If you talking about on the first page those are the jaw breakers or tie dye mushrooms. But the ones on the 7th page look really nice too. I think those where the ones you where talking about? We both might have to get some!!! But my poor tank is already too full of coral.

Beto/max--all the corals and fish come from tiny islands from the Pacific. Well you have the Atlantic variety but they are morphs of the Pacific waters (mainly fish). And if you are willing to mortgage your college education on a shroom, not worth it bro. They are wicked crazy with a wicked crazy price tag!!!! But if you find one, frag me one for FREE since I was VERY NICE TO YOU GUYS

I got them, I bought them from 2 different people, one came from The Captive Reef and the other 2 came from a guy in Cali, I paid $325 for a single mushroom like 2 years ago, back then I was kind of crazy in spending money, it got to a point that I was spending up to $4000 a month in LPS corals, name it I had it, my obsession in getting the "next thing" was sickening! from Acans, Favias, Chalices, (SPS Montis),, Exotic Fish, Japanese leathers, Zoos. But nowadays I kind of slow down, those mushrooms are nice but not worth the price, IMHO, some of those pics you see on the Internet are Photoshop or they have them with "T-5 actinic-led enhance lighting"

yea they always take those pics with the actinic lights... well thanks for the feed back guys yea I dont have $400 to spend and if I did I wouldnt waste my money like that haha well if I didnt have to pay for 6 years of college starting next year i probably would
