Mutli-Tank Systems, and consistancy?

What are you guys doing about keeping consistent parameters across large multi tank systems. I'm finding my display, sump and equipment tanks are running at slightly different PH & Temp. I've got decent flow going from the Sump to the display but I am limited on how much water I can push threw the equipment tank..

What instruments are you using to verify that you have different levels in each tank. With such a large system your parameters should be pretty consistant.

Acjr I take cups of sample water from diffrent tanks and put the probes in them to compare...so for example last nite my PH in the Equipment tank was 8.0, but in the display was 7.94
